What size frames should I use?
The 11" x 17" posters look their best under non-glare glass and surrounded by a 16" x 22" professionally cut matte with an 18" x 24" frame. However, if you are looking for a more affordable framing solution, you can usually find 11" x 17" frames at places like Walmart or Meijer.
What shipping method do you use?
Orders within the US are shipped USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped either USPS First-Class International or Priority International Mail (depending on weight). Quantities of 3 or less posters ship in a tube. Orders of 4 or more 11" x 17" posters ship flat in a box via USPS Priority Mail. International orders of 4 or more 11" x 17" posters ship flat in a box. 18" x 24" posters always ship in tubes. Sales tax applies to Indiana only.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.
How long does it take for products to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the US takes 2-5 business days. International orders usually take anywhere from 6-14 business days to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends upon the weight of the products ordered. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, enter your zip code, then click the "Calculate" button.
For international orders, add the items to your cart, click the "ship outside U.S." link, and then select your country.
How secure is your store?
The Sixty-Six Clouds store uses PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase products. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, all products can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. If there are any problems with a product, it may be exchanged for a new one which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
